Returns

If within 30 days of the receipt of your order you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you may request product replacement or a refund. Email your request to return@ericmdavis.com. Please include the order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the body of the email.

Dammaged Goods - In the event a replacement of the product is desired please document any damage or dissatisfaction of the received product with a photo (jpg image) and a full description of the situation. Prints and reproductions will be replaced with new versions (if available) of the same product. In the event that an original has been damaged and can be repaired all effort will be made to repair it or recreate it at no additional cost to the purchaser. If an original or limited edition print is beyond repair a full refund will be alloted. All product must be returned to Eric M. Davis - Studio.

Refund - To qualify for a refund all product must be returned in its unused original state. Responsibility to protect the product from damage due to return shipping is upon the purchaser. Shipping insurance must be obtained in the amount of the purchase price for return shipping. The refund will consist only of the amount paid for purchase of the product. All shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Reunion Ticket Refund - Refunds may be available up to thirty (30) days prior to the event, less $5.00 for administrative costs. Contact Bruce Thompson via email: brucewcca@gmail.com

Return Shipping - When packing product for return shipping it is best to reuse the original container and packing materials that the product arrived in. If substituting packing materials, please use similar quality materials to insure proper protection.
